Last year, Taylor pleaded guilty to failing to pay child support. The judge ordered him not to impregnate more women and stop having children until he proves that he is able to support the children he already has.

“It is a matter of common sense and personal responsibility,” Lorain County Probate Judge James Walther said.

Taylor was placed on five years probation and if he impregnates another woman during this time, he might go to jail.

His attorney, Doug Merrill, appealed the case as it violates his client’s rights.

Merrill said that the only way to follow the order and to make absolute sure that his client does not impregnated another woman is to abstain from sex, and that violates his rights.

However, the appellate court upheld the judge's ruling.
